I tried a new method of cooking corn on the cob tonight, that I found on Hallee The Homemaker's website.
I'm not sure this is a better method than my microwave in a ziplock bag method - I still give my method the edge because it's easier (for me), doesn't heat up the kitchen or dirty a pot, and I store the leftovers in the bag (plus, it's easy to butter!!). For a stovetop method though it's pretty good - similar in theory to the way I do hardboiled eggs.
